FirstSpring Finance is a registered member of the Finance Industry Standards Association (FISA). Essentially, this means that we volunteer to observe higher standards of practice than those required by law, so you can be sure that you are borrowing not only at very competitive interest rates but also with the greatest of confidence. FISA provide an information guide for people that are intending to take out a FirstSpring Finance which is available by post from our head office.
We are licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to carry on the business of consumer credit, consumer brokerage, debt adjusting and debt counseling, credit reference agency and canvassing off trade premises.
